If you selected Other, explain.
I'm voting for Final Fantasy VI, I really enjoyed that one and it receives special points for being on my favorite video game system: The Super Nintendo.

I voted for Final Fantasy VI for two reasons: 1.) It's on one of my favourite systems, that being the Super Nintendo; 2.) I only need type one word to explain my main reason: Kefka.

I went mainstream and voted for VII because -gasp- I never had the chance to play VI. Now that you've brought it up I really want to get out my old Super Nintendo and see if it still works and buy VI so I can play it. That...or get the emulators for it and watch my computer cough, choke, and die trying to run it.

I've played Final Fantasy VII, VIII IX, X, and X-2. From all of those, I prefer VII, though at one point I liked VIII better than the rest, but playing VII over and over, and over, I got to like the game.
One reason would be, because when the game came out, it was SquareSoft's first Final Fantasy game for the PlayStation system, and it became the best selling game of that year. Also the storyline is the best, even when the graphics and environment are low, the thing is the game's fun and now that there are roots for it, sequel and prequels for it. Is a game, that has depth and most of all a good gameplay as well as characters, that have their own set of problems and life. AND is only a game.

Final Fantasy VI blows VII out of the water, in terms of character development, plot, and music. The only thing VII has over VI is the Materia System, but even without that VI had a nice battle system for its attacks and magic.
If you have a Super Nintendo, pick it up. It would be called Final Fantasy III, when it is actually the sixth in the series. However, you may have better luck finding the ROM online and playing it on an Emulator; I have the ROM, if interested.

I voted for Final Fantasy VII. Why? Because my most number one favorite person occupies a certain role in that game. X3 Aerith Gainsborough. I grew up with her as my role model actually, and I am glad that she played her part for the Planet.
Although, at first . . . a seven year old seeing their role model being put to death was not my idea of a tea party. But as I grew older and wiser, I understood why Aerith had sacrificed herself.

Awkwaaaaaaard...
But I picked FFVII. Funny thing is, I've never beaten any of the FF games and I haven't even PLAYED FFVII!? FTW?!
Reason: I liked FFVIII a lot, alot, alot! Even though I only got to the BEGINNING of the 2nd disc, but I had heard that Squall does a major flip over in personality. Slowly would've been alright, but that kind've ruined the way he was. In FVII, my favorite sexy, uber sweet, juicy-- Kay I'll stop... man was none other than Vincent Valentine. I've seen Advent Children and actually beat ( !?! ) Dirge of Cerberus. FFVII's uniqueness and broad variety of characters caught my attention and when Vincent entered the picture, I was all the more pleased. <3
Btw, I congrat you if you read all that. X)

Okay, so. I've never played much of any of the Final Fantasy games, 'cept the seventh one I THINK. Which I only played for about five minutes before I got bored and went outside. >_>;; But my uncle let me borrow some of his games and lo' and behold, he had FFX. I played it, didn't get very far, but got a good feel for -that- one. It was okay, I 'spose. Final Fantasy is Final Fantasy I guess, so I took what I could get. So I'm votin' for that one. =x
Also, I suck at blitzball blitzball sucks.

Yep, as always, you're right. But I'm on top of the Ronso's sacred mountain, whose name has flown from me right now, and I can't beat that Guado son of a bitch, FOR THE THIRD EFFIN' TIME. And it makes me mad, considering Rikku said that Zanarkand was right around the corner. ee;;;;; He doesn't get home, does he? ;~;
Oh, and I won the blitzball game, 2-1, after I restarted it. n_n

Oh, and I won the blitzball game, 2-1, after I restarted it. n_n Zanarkand connects to Mt. Gagazet, so technically Rikku is right about it being 'right around the corner'. As for the best advice in regard to fighting Seymour, go to that little ledge-drop near the save-sphere, saving every few battles in the event something happens, but fighting a lot of those monsters to collect more level-spheres, using them to increase your stats and to learn new moves. I would suggest also getting everyone's Overdrives ready to go, too, so the moment you start battling with Seymour you can unleash your Overdrives on him, to get off to a good start.

Yo', Mike, we have brain-wave connections or something. I didn't even read this 'til today, and it was pretty much exactly what I did. I beat 'im, too. n_n Now, though, I'm tryin' to get through Yunalesca. I've only tried once though. It was like 4am when I tried, so I didn't anymore. It's so fun. *-*
